How to link iTunes Ping to Twitter AND Facebook

Second post in, and I'm already draggin...usually when I start something new, like exercising, I'm good for at least a month. I have a goal to make my next post within a month. I know, not a great goal, but I don't want to push it, I might pull something.

So I came up with this post because I spent a good 15-20 minutes last night "Googling" like crazy to try and remember how to link my Ping account to Twitter. I like to do it because and the DJ factor, when I buy a new song on iTunes, I can post it to Ping and thus, it will post on Twitter. It's a really easy way for me to get a post on Twitter since I only will send a tweet once a year on average (are you noticing a trend?).  Now the ironic thing is that if I took 2 minutes to look around on my Ping account page on iTunes, I would have noticed that its a simple click of a button to link my Ping and iTunes (see picture and feel free to laugh):

Now the tricky thing is linking your Ping to Facebook. In my Googling last night, I also found out that Facebook and iTunes got in some sort of spat and so Facebook blocked users from linking their two accounts (Mark Zuckerberg versus Steve Jobs, you think egos might have played a part?). However, it IS possible to link the two accounts through a very simple process that I wouldn't be surprised most people have figured out. Facebook may have blocked iTunes, but it didn't block Twitter. So in short, 2 simple steps:

1. Link your Ping account to Twitter
2. Link your Twitter to Facebook

It's that simple. And if you're wondering how to link Twitter to Facebook, you can go to: http://apps.facebook.com/twitter/. Then whenever you post on Ping, it's posted on Twitter, and then Twitter ever so nicely, posts on Facebook for you. Looks like Steve Jobs might have won this round...
